  2. PURCHASER UNDERSTANDS THAT THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PURCHASER UNDERSTANDS THAT HE IS BIDDING UPON SALVAGE TO BE SOLD “AS IS, WHERE IS” WITH NO WARRANTIES AGREEMENT.
  3. PURCHASER UNDERSTANDING THAT HE HAS 15 DAYS FROM DAY OF PURCHASE TO PICK UP THE SALVAGE UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON WITH THE INSURED.
