Collision Damage: The cab got crushed by the rigging.  Serial # 11039.  The crew operating the rig was taking the unit down to move. The operator engaged the clutch, causing the unit to crow out and fall.  The drill platform collapsed, falling down on top of the operators’ compartments. Paid out $166,666 on the unit.
